I wouldn’t call anyone else…

Noticed my AC was not pumping out cold air around 10pm, and left a msg for AC Service Masters. By 8am the next morning, I received a call back from Shane. He was the same person who had helped me with a basic maintenance over 3 yrs earlier. Before 9am, Shane had arrived and diagnosed the issue. The price was reasonable, only $169 to replace my outside fan conductor thingy. He also did a flush of my line, the one that drips water outside. Extremely helpful, honest, professional, and these guys are not trying to just charge you as much as they can. Rather, they want to do as much service as they can, for a fair price. I wouldn’t call anyone else if I have an issue. They are the best!

I had to use this company twice both times the gentleman was excellent and compassionate. The last service they suggest I contact FPL because the surge protector didn’t work after a storm, which all money that was charged from AC Service company was refunded by FPL. Thank you for your advice. 👍🏽
